Picked up the Logitech Quickcam Orbit MP webcam yesterday, so far I cannot get the face tracking to turn on, so I can't use any of the advanced features of the camera. I don't know if it's defective or what but it's bugging the hell out of me.
Today is of course the 5th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the United States, please remember to say a prayer for those we lost, those who were left behind without loved ones and for the world as we continue to be involved in this war or terrorism.

Not a lot to say, been busy working on stuff, helping dad with his computer and some of his audio stuff. Trying to train this darned puppy too, he started out never barking, now he won't shut up, espescially if you've got food, and boy does he have a LOUD bark. Been doing some airbrushing, nothing too artistic, just painting cages for Dynaco equipment. Just completed the new game "Prey", good single player game but the multiplayer section is horrible, so it has no real replayability.
If you've not yet discovered the phenomenon that is geriatric1927, go visit his youtube page, http://youtube.com/profile?user=geriatric1927 he's the latest internet craze, a 79 year old gentleman from the U.K. and the internet seems to have adopted him as its official collective grandfather. Unfortunately he's taking a break right now, he's been swamped with media coverage and gets hundreds of thousands of hits a day, must get to be too much for the guy. But wouldn't it be a coup if we could convince him to set up a Zoints page? We should all try to talk him into coming here and parking himself at Zoints, he'd probably get a kick out of it.

Went over to Dad's place for a visit tonight, he appears to be doing fairly well, well at least he's awake and eating and can walk a little bit, so that's improvement.

I set him up with a Zoints profile ::fasteddie:: so go say hello if you get a chance. I don't know if he'll be active on here, he's not really into this sort of thing but if he could run into more audiophiles he might like it. That's all for today, tomorrow I'll see if Carol's out of the hospital, if not I'll go over to the hospital to visit, if she is home I'll probably go visit her at home.

Dad got out of the hospital today, he's home but resting in bed, so I'll stop over for a visit tomorrow.
No sooner did dad get out then Carol (my sister) went in, low blood pressure, they're still doing tests so we don't know much yet, went to visit her today, she looks fine but you can never tell. Ugh! Does it never end?

Lotta O's in that entry title.

I don't have much of anything to say in the blog right now, it just seemed like it'd been a while since I put an entry in. So lets see what boring thing I can tell you about the past few days. Hmmm. Caeser got into a lot of stuff this morning, including his medecine bottles, fortunately the only one he got open was his vitamins, which he proceeded to eat, yeesh! Luckily he didn't polish off his antibiotics or steroids, that wouldn't have been good at all. This pup can get into places we never thought possible, the pills were in the middle of the dining room table, who'd have thought he could get up there?
Dad's still in Hannaman hospital, but he sounds better, unfortunately I can't get down there to see him at that place, there's nowhere to park and I can't walk any great distances so I have to just talk to him on the phone. Probably won't know much until tomorrow at the earliest about what the next step is.
Rented some movies, just watched V for Vendetta, wasn't bad, wasn't great. Couple of B grade horror movies which I haven't watched yet as well. Mostly vampire stuff.
That's all for now.
